Today Amazon put the upcoming 6″ movie Marvel Legends Guardians of the Galaxy figures. All six figures (Star Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket Raccoon, Iron Man (comic), and Nova (comic) are all up. The Guardians of the Galaxy figures are set to be released June 1st, so get those pre-orders in as soon as you can. Remember, you’ll need all six Guardians of the Galaxy figures to complete the Groot Build-A-Figure, not just the movie figures. So if that’s something you’re wanting to do, you’ll have to get them all.

I must say, all of these are looking really excellent. It seems Hasbro has finally found a great balance of sculpt and articulation. They’ve also been implementing their 3D printing techniques quite well. And I’m loving the accessories. Star Lord not only comes with two guns and two alternate heads, but he also comes with a set of headphones and his Walkman! That’s awesome. I look forward to adding these to my Marvel Legends collection, and possibly even using some for some customs. And remember, these are set to be released June 1st, so you do have some time, but if you want these figures first, make sure to pre-order.
