Star Wars the Black Series 6″ Figures Back in Stock on Amazon!

These figures are really hard to find right now, so if you do see them and you want them then get them! For those having no luck finding them in stores, or those who just don’t feel like wasting gas hunting, Amazon has you covered. It’s been a few weeks, but the Star Wars the Black Series 6″ figures are finally back in stock on Amazon! They’re all retail price, $19.99, and all eligible for free shipping. Yes, even the Sandtrooper is back at just $19.99. I’ve seen those figures go for the most on the aftermarket, due to their army building potential. Amazon says that figure will be in stock on August 19th, just a few days away, so place the order now and make sure you get them before they sell out.

I will have detailed reviews up fairly soon, but I can attest that these figures are incredible. I’ve always loved Star Wars, but never got into the figures, because there were frankly too many and at such a small scale with limited articulation. But 6″ super poseable and detailed figures? Heck yes I’m all in for that. And if you’re a Star Wars fan, then you’ll love these. So again, if you want the Star Wars the Black Series figures, then get them while they last. Just CLICK HERE or the individual pictures below to get them!

We all have a vague understanding of where the toys we buy off the pegs come from. I know even a lot of hardcore toy collectors who aren’t really sure. Well, Emmy winning filmmaker Anthony Ladesich set out to show the pretty incredible human process of what it takes to make the action figures you love to buy with his short film documentary titled “The Secret Story of Toys”. In it, you get to meet the artists responsible for sculpting the figures and molding the prototypes. You get to share in their joy and frustrations as they explain their craft and passion.

News – Mattel Answers Questions About Ghostbusters Movie Masters Ecto-1 Car

Ghostbusters fans were more than a bit surprised to find out at the 2013 San Diego Comic-Con that Mattel was planning a Movie Masters 6″ scaled Ecto-1 car to go with their 6″ Movie Masters Ghostbusters action figures. The thing is, Mattel needs a minimum number of pre-orders in order for it to go through, and all fans have to go on right now is a mockup and some promises from Mattel that it will be amazing. That, and the hefty $215 price tag have naturally caused many fans to be hesitant, to the point that the pre-orders are very low right now, especially since the deadline is August 19th. In order to answer fans’ questions and hopefully alleviate fears and encourage people to pre-order, Scott Neitlich, AKA “Toyguru” posted on the Mattycollector Facebook page. In it, they talk about how there is absolutely no charge whatsoever to pre-order, among other things.
