I recently got a request to repaint a G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra Neo Viper Officer in metallic orange. I thought the idea was so off the wall, I couldn’t resist taking it. So that’s what I did. Everything was base coated in black, dry brushed with silver, and then top coated with clear orange. I also equipped him with a Tesseract blaster that came with a Captain America movie Hydra Soldier.
