Hm…you slipped the X-Acto knife in the shoulder between the disc and the shoulder? And it still didn’t work? It should have. But if it’s still a problem, applying some heat may help. Take a blow dryer and blast each shoulder for about a minute to soften the plastic. Then you can move them easier, and doing this might make it to where the shoulders move more freely even after the plastic is cooled down.
