News – S.H. Figuarts Son Goku Normal Ver. Official Images

The Tamashii WebShop has posted a listing with official images of the much anticipated Dragonball Z SH Figuarts Son Goku action figure. Preorders in Japan start today, September 25th. There’s no word yet on whether or not Bluefin Tamashii Nations USA will be bringing Figuarts Son Goku over to the United States, but if the past is any indication it’s probably a safe bet that they will. When official word is released of this, I’ll post it here. Figuarts Son Goku is set to be released in March 2014 for 3,990 yen, or about $40 USD.

News – S.H. Figuarts Vegeta Official Images

S.H. Figuarts Vegeta First Appearance Bandai Bluefin Tamashii NationsBluefin Tamashii Nations has posted new official images for their upcoming S.H. Figuarts Vegeta figure! We already received a Super Saiyan version but fan demand has been high for a regular Saiyan, first appearance version for a long time. Hopefully this means the normal Saiyan version of S.H. Figuarts Son Goku isn’t far behind. He’s set to come with alternate faces, alternate hands, a removable scouter, and a blast effect with a stage act stand to help display it.

S.H. Figuarts Vegeta will retail for ¥3,990 yen (roughly $50 USD) and is scheduled for an April 2013 release. You can pre order Vegeta right now through BigBadToyStore. Hurry before it’s sold out!

News – S.H. Figuarts Vegeta (First Appearance) Revealed

Bluefin Tamashii Nations USA S.H. Figuarts Vegeta First Appearance Dragonball Z Action FigureBluefin Tamashii Nations USA released an image on their Facebook page of an upcoming S.H. Figuarts Dragonball Z Vegeta action figure. This one is based on his first appearance in the anime and manga, before he was Super Saiyan. This is also when he still had his monkey tail and was wearing the full Saiyan armor and had an energy scouter. He comes with an alternate set of folded arms to recreate his classic stance from the show. Check out the full sized image after the jump.
